• Truly a beautiful place but comes with a " WHOPPING " price tag. A villa by the beach is $1500 USD/per person/ per night . That's $3000 USD for a couple / night. This type of accomodation is for the very rich or the " Lotto " winners of which I am neither so obviously I won't be staying there.

  • One does not have to look far to find a Business class seat that is light years ahead of Air NZ's ghastly current seat!!At least this is one of them and as  " AsiaBizTraveller" has said  even a 10 year old CX seat is vastly better.I for one will never fly with Air NZ again in those old ...

  • krisdude.  I does not matter which seat she had , either the aisle or window seat is of no consequence. The issue was who had the use of the " middle empty seat "? As it turned out t it was either passenger , not just one passenger. This meant that both would pay to have an empty seat next t...

  • The works deluxe seat that promises " an empty seat " next to you for use was a stupid idea ! It's all very good having an empty seat along side you but so does the third passenger in that row. Who has the use of the empty seat then ? Obviously both passengers adjacent to the empty seat whic...

  • It looks a lot better after the refurbishment.  Having stayed there in the past and I found it terribly noisy at night, especially the rooms near the main road. Several of my family have stayed there over the years  have also had to ask to be moved to the Western side of the Hotel for t...

  • It's all very good asking for constructive suggestions but as has been shown the CEO and the Board do their own thing anyway and seemingly without a lot of thought for the benefit of  the Airlines main source of income " the passenger"It's high time for the new CEO and Board  to rethink...

  • There's absolutely NO WAY I will ever travel in those horrible Air NZ Business Class seats again.Very uncomfortable with hardly any privacy at all !!! , I hated every minute and if it wasn't for their great cabin service it would have been appalling.Without doubt amongst the worst in J class seat...

  • Whilst I always travel with VA Domestically there's absolutely no way I would sit in the old B737-800 for eight hours!!!!, It's ok for 4 or 5 hours but 8 hrs.?? No Way when one can fly on other International Airlines with very much better equipment and seating, service etc.

  • I stayed there for 2 nights in a Club Suite a few weeks ago. Whilst the rooms were great they lacked a "warm " feeling and seemed rather cold and impersonal. The same for the rest of the place , all stonework and tiles , very bland. The Garum restaurant was very good , great food but rather noisy...

  • The only issue I have with high star Michelin restaurants is that the food portion is miserable and the price is massive!!!!If you simply want a good feed for a reasonable price  then these are not the place for you!If you want to just have the dining experience then these  are  th...

  • Those ANZ Business class seats are horrible, right up there with the worst there is ,  and I hated every minute in them when I did a flights  from Perth to Auckland and return.Very uncomfortable, no privacy and no view.It was bad enough on a 7Hr flight but would be intolerable for 17hrs...

  • You QF flyers are very lucky to have a chance at the far better seating and amenities the A330 providesI sorely miss not having the choice/ possibility of flying J Class on the A330 with VA. It was  so damn good. one of the best there is . Sadly gone now and one can only hope that it does re...

  • Great Airline , Great service but their  Business Class Seats are woeful. One of the worst seats I have ever flown in , horrible!!!Until they provide a better seat then it's another carrier for me.

  • I would  hope that VA try to use these as much as possible  on the Transcontinental Route where J class passengers  would have would more time to enjoy  appreciate the better seating. It is so sad to no longer  have that fabulous A330 seating and service across the Contin...

  • Very happy to see QF choosing Airbus for it's fleet expansion. In every way the Airbus product is far nicer for the passenger as far as comfort and especially the noise level goes. The A320 is streets ahead of the poor old outdated B737 max and if you've ever travelled in the A350 one would know ju...
